X-mas is around the corner!

It is getting to that time again, rates are at a consistent low after the regular jumps we were seeing for a short bit. The last couple months we’ve seen them bounce up and down a little bit but staying pretty consistent from week to week.

With that being said, X-mas is around the corner and now is a great time to refinance to pay off some of that debt and get a little extra money out for presents! As well as getting to skip your next months payments. So if you’ve been talking to myself or another loan officer about a possible refinance I’d say take that jump and lock in that excellent rate, pay off those credit cards and have some extra money to make this x-mas the best yet!
