WOW!!!

I just thought I’d make a quick post about mortgage rates. I just looked at the current rates today and they are amazing. They’ve went down yet again, so for everyone who thinks the market is in trouble or that rates are going up and we’re on a housing bubble….blah blah blah….etc. Rates are as loan as they were this time last year when everyone was rushing to refi or get a 30 year fixed locked in.

so talk to your Loan Officer and lock that rate!
