Mortgage rates stay put
August 17th, 2006 Posted in UncategorizedThe Fed’s are not likely to raise rates since the CPI Index came out with a lower than expected rating which is good for us. Trends look as if the economy is slowing and the risk for inflation is curbing meaning that interest rates will stay put and doesn’t look as if they will rise in the near future. That is good news for us of course as we don’t like to see rates go up!
