More on the New Home Increase

After reviewing some reports it appears the official release reported a 4.6% jump in new home sales. This is based on current sales contracts signed and is very accurate information. This brings sales to the highest point it has been at since December of 2005. Even with the sudden rise in sales it is still projected that sales will decrease after the Spring/Summer selling season.
