Eugene Oregon Mortgages

Bond Market

July 25th, 2006 Posted in Uncategorized

Rates have increased slightly over the last couple of weeks. Tomorrow will be a important day as we’ll find out what the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) is which will reflect on our mortgage rates. Consumer spending makes up 2/3rd’s of the US Economy. If the reading is weaker than originally expected to be then we could see rates slightly dip but on the opposite end of that if the reading is higher than expected look for rates to slightly increase. We’ll know more tomorrow morning so look for a summary tomorrow after the report is released.
